    Blown away by the atmosphere, hospitality and flavors at The Regional! First time visiting this adorable town in decades and so happy a local recommended this restaurant! Per recommendation of staff we had an off menu appetizer of grilled cauliflower which had an incredible sauce. Followed by their pork chop with poblano grits and a chimichurri steak. They did not disappoint! Tyler and crew were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable on their menu options. They personalized their recommendations based on our interests. Can’t wait to return some day!

    Love the vibe of this place—it’s very intimate and cozy inside, with a tasteful kind of organic feel. The oysters are amazing, both broiled and raw. I’m not normally an oyster person, but for real I was thinking about these for days afterward. I had a fried mushroom sandwich which was a bit small but very good, and I also tried the mussels, which were spot on.

    1st time here and was excited to try their mac n cheese, but unfortunately that was years ago and their menu changed. No complaints at all. The burger was ordered with pink and cooked perfectly and juicy. Sauce on top was flavored perfectly. Chicken was also juicy and we took home extra sauce for left overs. Knowing all the food is from local farms is a great way to support Colorado all around. And for dessert the wife ordered their key lime pie. Super smooth and rich in flavor. Alex was our server tonight and definitely made our night. Amazing personality and knows the menu very well to recommend based on your likings. Highly recommended!!

    Pretty great dining experience. Started with oysters - the East and West Coast oysters on the menu were quite distinct in terms of taste, which was good. The other apps were good too, but should definitely be shared (my partner opted to have a couple of apps instead of a main). The pretzel was neat, like an elevated biscuit and mushroom gravy. Loved the Peruvian chicken, which was crispy outside and moist inside and thoroughly seasoned.

    I will update this review when the menu changes and they step up their game. I am writing this as someone who does not eat meat or dairy. My experience here was overall very disappointing. For a place that touts themselves as having all local food, you would think that they would know how to make dishes that show off the different in season vegetables of the region. Instead, there is only one vegan dish on the menu and when we specifically ordered vegan focaccia bread (which is THE olive oil bread and is traditionally vegan), it came cooked in cow butter. For the dish we did get, it was 30$ before tax/tip and the rice was undercooked. The sauce was tasty, but for the price it simply didn't deliver. I would like to see more vegan options and more interesting menu options showcasing the local vegetables in general. When the menu is updated and they make an effort to have a more inclusive menu, I will update this review and add some stars back. Until then, I won't be coming back and I won't be recommending it. I will be waiting though as I believe this place has a lot of potential.
