Very quaint location. (It used to be a big house.) Delicious food. Great staff. A great find on the way through Ft. Collins!! Calamari, garlic & cheese bread, salad (with delicious provolone) rolls that come with the meal, and Scallops Primavera. Everything was a win!!

Took my wife and her grandma here for her birthday. Was not disappointed! The appetizer of muscles was fantastic, the jumbo stuffed shells were probably the best I have ever had. My wife's was equally good. We all had excellent service and they really had a beautiful setup. The only thing I didn't think was fantastic was the cannoli, my rule has been in the past if they put chocolate chips in it, it's probably a poor cannoli. They needed a little lemon in it and the crust was a little too hard. But aside from that, it was a fantastic dinner.

Perfectly spaced out. Very nice staff. Reservations are key with this location. Iā€™m in love with my Tesoro dā€™ Mare and the Scallop Florentine! Highly recommend. Calamari was outstanding!

Update July 31 2022: Canino's has to be the most affordable high-end restaurant in town. Down-to-earth prices for full entrees with sides included. Tonight we had a Calamari app, French Onion soup, Caesar Salad, Mussels and Veal Marsala. Pics attached. Outstanding friendly server. Comfy seating. Great menu options. Canino's will earn your business again and again and again. UPDATE AUG 1 2021: ANOTHER great dining experience. Canino's menu is STILL loaded with great options including pasta, seafood, beef, chicken, apps, pizza and so much more. The mussels tonight were sensational. So was the fried calamari appetizer and the classic French Onion soup. Ordinarily I would have a salad since it's August, but I don't often have a chance at French Onion and assuming it would be deep and rich and satisfying, I went for it. Was not disappointed. What a great Italian dining experience - the kind I miss that is still readily available in South Jersey, Philly and New York, but hard to find here in Colorado. Old world, authentic, satisfying food, offering a good variety of pasta, pizza, seafood and more - all at very reasonable prices. The "Tesoro d'Mare" (treasure of the sea) was loaded with FRESH mussels, scallops and shrimp in a buttery white wine sauce with Roma tomatoes, fresh basil and capers, served over fettuccine. "The Sampler" was a combination of lasagna, ravioli and spaghetti. The Chicken Marsala was decadent. Deep rich marsala sauce with mushrooms and fresh basil and a side of fettuccine. The Caesar salad was a terrific surprise. It was a house specialty served with sliced hard boiled egg, olives and chickpeas. And in place of boring croutons, a slice of toasted crostini. The romaine was cold and crisp. My double shot espresso was superb and the Tiramisu was as unique as the Caesar salad - dense, rich, well-chilled and very fresh. Our server was friendly, fast, attentive and accurate with our orders. Canino's is located in an historic brick home built at the turn of the 19th century and the dark oak woodwork, vintage fireplace and fixtures just add to the experience. And not to be outdone by the numerous restaurants in town that offer rooftop dining, so does Canino's. A must-visit casual-but-classy Italian restaurant.
